Shipping Policy
StarSeed is based in New Zealand. Products are shipped from our overseas supplier directly to you, which keeps prices low but means delivery takes a little longer than what you might be used to from local retailers. Here's exactly what to expect.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including a tracking number.
Delivery times
Standard shipping to New Zealand: 2–4 weeks from order date.
Standard shipping to Australia and the United States: 2–5 weeks from order date.
Other regions: typically 2–6 weeks. Contact us if you'd like an estimate before ordering.
Most orders arrive on the earlier end of these ranges. Customs and seasonal demand can occasionally cause delays.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free standard shipping on selected promotions — keep an eye on the homepage.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 3–7 days to appear after dispatch.
Customs and duties
For orders shipped outside New Zealand, you may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These are not included in the order total.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived 6 weeks after shipping, email us at starseedshopofficial@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
