Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work at StarSeed.

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return

Email us at starseedshopofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a short reason for the return. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with the return address and instructions.

Return shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't issue a refund for items that don't arrive back to our supplier.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including any return shipping costs) at no charge to you.

Items not eligible for return

For hygiene reasons, opened or used soap sheets and towel tablets cannot be returned unless damaged on arrival.
